Up to sixteen guests can be accommodated here with its spacious floor plan and plenty of room to spread out and relax. This is an ideal location for ski lovers, with the Nordic Center just a block away and Peak Eight only six blocks away.
Features DescriptionThis exquisite home features beautiful large windows providing abundant natural light to the living room and dining areas. The living room contains comfortable furnishings, a pine framed gas fireplace, and a 27 inch TV with a DVD and CD player. The dining room features an antique table and cupboard and seats eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook to your hearts content. The kitchen is accented with pine cabinetry, a gas stove top, and a breakfast bar with bar stools. The master bedroom is on the upper level with a king sized wrought iron bed, walk in closet, a private bath with a large jetted tub, separate shower, and Jack-and Jill lavatories. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a three-quarter bathtub, the third bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed and contains a full bath. The loft has a trundle bed for extra sleeping space. There is a fourth bedroom on the lower level with a king bed and private bath, and the fifth bedroom features two queen beds in a bunk arrangement and a full bath. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper and 27 inch TV with a VCR. From the family room beautiful French doors give access to a six person hot tub outside. This home also has a two car garage and complete laundry facilities.

The Peak Eight base is six blocks away and great activities at the Breckenridge Nordic Center is just a block away.
