DESCRIPTION
Welcome to this spacious and colorful three bedroom three bathroom end unit. This penthouse condo features a large private balcony and includes sleeping accommodations for ten guests. Very well decorated with neutral colors, tile flooring, and wood furniture all complimented by vibrant patterned fabrics and lively greenery.

The spacious living area has lots of windows that look out over the gulf. In addition to all the comfortable furniture and stylish decorations, this room has a large television set and a DVD player for your enjoyment. In the kitchen, stainless steel appliances include an oven/stove, dishwasher, and Whirlpool Gold refrigerator. The countertop adds to the elegant look and sleek feel of this kitchen. The open floor plan of this unit provides a large dining area next to the living room. Six blue-suede padded dining chairs are accompanied by four barstools at the kitchen counter. Guests in the master bedroom can wake up to sunshine and waves, with two large windows and a glass door to the balcony that bring in plenty of natural light and sounds. This room has a queen bed, TV, VCR, and matching wood furniture. This large master bathroom includes a garden tub, shower stall, double sinks, a separate toilet room, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom features wood furniture, a queen bed, a lounge chair, and a small TV/DVD set. The third bedroom in this unit has matching twin beds and a television. A window gives guests a good view of boats passing by on the gulf inlet.
