DESCRIPTION
Welcome to this second floor condo that boasts a very serene private balcony. This retreat is tastefully decorated with a pastel color scheme. With one bedroom and a bunk bed alcove, this condo sleeps up to six guests very comfortably making it great for a family or a small group.

Features Description

The living room is full of greens, pinks, and creams. There is a wall size mirrors that bring in light to make the unit brighter. The living room has a small desk with rolling chair beside the dining table. In the armoire, enjoy a flat-screen HDTV, DVD player and VCR. The kitchen is nicely stocked and has a white wicker rolling cart that can be used a serving cart. The dining set has four chairs and two matching barstools. The round glass tabletop sits upon a green metal framework base. The chairs have the same ivy-patterned framework. The king bed in the bedroom has a seashell comforter with a green color that matches the color of the wicker furniture. One of the dressers has a pretty hand-painted beach scene on the front. The view from the window is of the pool. The room has a TV, VCR and a telephone. Pink and white comforters cover the mattresses of the bunk beds in the hallway. A linen closet and washer and dryer are in the bath area just to the left of the bunks.

This condo offers a private balcony with a spectacular view. This condo complex offers a heated swimming pool for you to enjoy along with a beach boardwalk. Two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella are available for your use. There are two barbeque grill areas beside the pool.

Located in Okaloosa County, Fort Walton Beach features fantastic sugar white sandy beaches that stretch for miles. Enjoy recreational fishing and many water activities. The golfing is fantastic and Fort Walton Beach offers several great courses. Watch the dolphins or spend the afternoon visiting a seaside park.
