DESCRIPTION
When you enter this bright and spacious condo you will have a spectacular view of the ocean from almost every room. This 2005 sq. ft. end unit was the Windsor II showcase model. It has been recently professionally redecorated in a neutral Island motif with two master (king) suites, living room, dining room, and kitchen that all look out on the ocean.

Features Description

The foyer, living room, dining room, and kitchen are one great room and have bleached maple floors. There are several decorative items in the unit to give it a personal touch. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances and many added extras. It has solid wood oak panel cabinetry, a ceramic tile table that seats four as well as a tiled breakfast bar with three bar stools. The dining room has a floral area rug with a wrought iron glass top table that seats six. There are bleached Queen Anne chairs with fabric cushions. It seats six and has sliding glass doors to the balcony with outdoor chairs and ottomans.

Outdoor amenities include an oceanfront pool with spa, children's pool, playground and grilling area. Windsor Place and Windsor Court are just a short distance from the Hilton and within walking distance of the Arthur Hills Golf Course. Bike paths provide easy access to the many amenities in Palmetto Dunes.

Hilton Head island is a great place to enjoy the beach, golf and tennis. Hilton Head has 14 miles of beautiful beaches, two dozen golf courses (on the island or nearby), hundreds of tennis courts, and about 200 restaurants.
