You will love the soothing tones of blue this unit is decorated in. The living area offers a sleeper sofa, tv, vcr, and a dvd player for your entertainment. The glass dining table is set for four, and there is a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. The master bedroom is very comfortable and comes with a king bed so you will be sure to get a great night's sleep. In the guest bedroom you will find two twin beds. This unit has a garage, and in the garage you will find two bikes available for your use.

Surrounding Description

Enjoy the 10 miles of walking and bike paths within this 2,400 acre lushly landscaped community, or take the shuttle to the private beach park on Bonita Beach for a day of sun and fun. Beach park provides lounge chairs, and there are restrooms, showers, charcoal grills and a gazebo with picnic tables. Three waterfront recreational areas are on the property. Spring Creek features canoe and kayak launches (canoes are available at the north gate) and picnic areas. Riverwalk Park offers lighted tennis courts, fishing piers, children's playground and a 12 station cardiovascular exercise area on Imperial River.
