DESCRIPTION
This glorious Southern vacation home is located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes, complete with three-bedrooms and a spectacular lagoon view. This lovely home is truly a treat for you and your family.

Features Description

Eight steps lead to the entrance of the home. To the left, five stairs will lead you up to the first bedroom, which offers a double bed and a set of bunk beds. This room also comes with a small TV and private bathroom. Further down the hall leads to the second bedroom, with a beautiful dark wood four post queen bed, and matching furniture and loveseat. This room also features two large windows facing the front of the house, a TV and private bathroom. Off the foyer is a spacious living room with lagoon and pool views from the full-length windows.The living room is complete with a decorative fireplace, built in bookshelves and a comfy oversized couch. This room lets in all the sunshine and has a TV and CD player. To the right of the living area is a wonderful kitchen with wood flooring, marble countertops, and a white brick wall archway over the stove. The kitchen opens up to the living room with a bar and four bar stools. To the right of the kitchen is a separate dining room. There is a door leading to the screened in sunroom, which can also be accessed from the living room. Just beyond the dining area is a sitting room facing the front of the house with a beautiful view of the large front yard. This room boasts four velvet chairs, a sleeper sofa, and a small TV. Just off the living room to the left is the master suite. This huge room has a private sitting area with a love seat and two chairs, with windows looking out to the pool and lagoon. There is also a door leading to the deck. This bedroom has a wonderful oversized 4 post king bed, with a matching armoire and large TV. The master bathroom is huge with his and her sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower. In the backyard there is a deck that leads down to the kidney shaped pool, which has a table and chairs, as well as lounge chairs to sun in.
