This tastefully decorated vacation home is perfect for your next vacation! A 7-10 minute walk to the beach, this home is the perfect location in a great neighborhood in Palmetto Dunes. This house is cozy and decorated with all the necessary amenities.

Features Description

The living room off the entrance is very open with vaulted ceilings. There is a wrap-around sofa with a lounge chair and Sleeper sofa. There is also a large flat-screen TV with DVD player. The Dining Room is located off the living room and Kitchen. The dining table seats 6 and has a pool view and vaulted ceilings. The updated kitchen has all tile floors, flat stove, granite countertops and all updated appliances. There is a bar area with beautiful wrought- iron stools that seats three. The Den also has tile floors and is located in the back of the home. There are two sleeper sofas, a rocking chair and two regular chairs. There is also a TV and DVD player. The den also has a desk area with granite countertops, desk lamp and outlet access. There is a half bath off the den and a full size washer/ dryer. A slider leads out to the fabulous deck and pool area. This perfect deck is great for grilling and outdoor entertaining! There is a table with full umbrella and seating for six. Three steps lead down from table to pool. The kidney shaped pool is approx. 24 X 14. There are three lounge chairs, two regular size chairs and two small tables. This home also has a backyard. The second level of this home has two bedrooms. The first has two twin beds, TV with VCR and DVD Combo and a chair. This bedroom looks out to the front of the home. There is a non-connected Bath/ Shower combination that shares with the other bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and chair and shares the bathroom. This bedroom is on the pool side of the home. The third bedroom is the master bedroom, which is located three steps down from the front entrance on the first floor. This bedroom is in front of the house and has a TV, DVD/ VCR combo and Private bath with Tub/Shower combination.
