This great home offers incredible top of the world views to Dry Creek Valley, Healdsburg and Santa Rosa Valley. This retreat is located just fifteen minutes from the 101 freeway on/off ramp, but a world away, this retreat offers solitude, quiet, and seclusion.
Features DescriptionThere is an updated kitchen, featuring granite countertops and good storage and cabinetry for groceries and supplies. Continuing through to the living and dining rooms, there is dining for six, a wicker sofa and chair set, and pellet stove, a TV/DVD, CD player, and high speed internet. To the right of the living room is the office -- if you really must work, just hook up the high speed cable here. Another set of doors exit to a second deck area, and the downstairs full bathroom is located here. Upstairs are two bedrooms, the rose room and the blue room, each with private deck offering incredible views, and each having a King size bed.
Surrounding DescriptionDrive up to a circular driveway through landscaped grounds and immediately notice the triple deck feature of this chalet style home. The front porch leads to large side deck off of the living room. Around the back of the home is the hot tub and gazebo, featuring bar area for snacks, sandwiches or drinks.
