This wonderful home is situated in the exclusive neighborhood of Montgomery Estates in South Lake Tahoe, California. In the summer have a terrific time hiking and biking the National Forestry trails, golfing, and fishing from the house. In the winter enjoy snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, alpine skiing and snowboarding at Heavenly Ski Resort. No matter the season you will have a fantastic time in South Lake Tahoe!

Features Description

This charming three bedroom and two and a half bathroom home will accommodate twelve guests. The spacious living room offers a wooded view captured by the large windows, comfortable seating, a television, and a DVD/CD player. The dining area has a beautiful wood table that will seat eight guests. The fully equipped kitchen has artisan granite counters and a breakfast bar that will seat four guests. The bedding includes, three queen beds, and a loft area that has one king bed and two double beds. Enjoy the fresh alpine air from the large deck while drinking your morning coffee. Guests also have WIFI Internet access, and a washer and dryer.
