It has a private screened in swimming pool with waterfall, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen, and access to a 185 foot dock where you can tie up your boat. It truly has everything you need to have the most memorable vacation of a lifetime.

Features Description

This home has everything. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms and can sleep up to ten of your closest family and friends. The gorgeous master bedroom has an incredibly comfortable king sized bed for maximum relaxation. The other guestrooms have another king sized bed and two queen sized beds. There is a gourmet kitchen with stainless steal appliances and everything you need to make a fabulous home cooked meal. The main living area has a cozy fireplace, a satellite TV with VCR and a stereo. The home has a washer and dryer and is air conditioned to make your stay the most comfortable it could be. If you really want to relax, there is a massage table on site where you can call in a professional masseuse, and let them massage your worries away. You are also welcome to bring your pet as long as you have approval from the owner.

Surrounding Description

This home has its own private swimming pool with waterfall. Next to the pool is a Tiki bar and dining table perfect for a barbecue, which you can cook on the charcoal grill that is provided. It also has a screened in porch with porch swing where you can watch the stunning sunsets. There is a sun deck perfect for soaking up some sun in privacy. If you have a boat, bring it with you. There is plenty of room to tie it up on the 185' dock less than 5 minutes running time to the Intercoastal Waterway. You will also be able to check out the island on the golf cart, which is provided. You are close to the beach, but might never make it because there is so much to do at this beautiful home.

Nearby Attractions Description

Some of the nearby attractions include Stump Pass state park, where you can enjoy the pristine beaches and incredible wildlife. You can charter a fishing boat, go parasailing, and rent a jet ski. If you want to go in to town, only five minutes away is the Rotunda, where there are five golf courses, plenty of delicious restaurants, and lots of fun shopping. If you really want to go somewhere fun, Orlando is only 150 miles away where you can visit the happiest place on earth, Disney World. Allows Pets
