This lovely condo dwells on a tree lined street on the upper east side of Manhattan. This rental features a large private backyard equipped with outdoor furniture and supplies for barbecuing. This is a great place to relax in after a long day of sight seeing.

This condo has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. The bedroom is equipped with a queen sized Tempurpedic mattress along with extra blankets, linens, and pillows. This room has a TV with a VCR. The second bedroom is in the lower level that contains a double sized sofa sleeper and a roll-away bed. This room also contains a computer with wireless high speed internet and a laser printer with fax and copy. The living room is comfortable with hardwood floors, cable TV, a DVD players and movies. The dining room table can seat up to seven people. The kitchen is fully equipped containing all necessary amenities to create a home made meal. There is cookware, utensils and basic cooking ingredients as well. For your convenience there is a washing machine in the lower level.
