Welcome to this handsomely restored 18th century cottage that sits upon a grassy knoll with the amazing views in every direction of the Italy you've always imagined. The 1,076 square foot cottage (on two floors) retains its exposed wooden beam and terracotta tile ceilings, lime-washed walls, and quarry-tiled floors.
Features DescriptionThere are two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. The first bedroom offers a queen bed and the second offers two twin beds. Downstairs you will find a sitting room with a working fireplace (logs provided) and a country kitchen, which both open to the very private garden and terrace where you can sit and take in the wonder of the Apennine Mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes and utensils along with a large refrigerator and a gas stove and oven.
Surrounding DescriptionTake a walk through the beautiful garden, or relax on the terrace with the ones you love and enjoy a BBQ. There are two friendly dogs that live on the property, but they will not enter the cottage.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionA walk through the alpine flowers in the upland meadows, a swim in high summer in the rock pools of Cagli’s two rivers, and a visit to the late autumn truffle fair in Acqualagna are among the attractions that give this area its particular fascination.
