The bedroom has two twin beds pushed together to create one large king bed in a non separable frame and there is a shower and wash basin in the bedroom for your added convenience. There is a separate water closet for privacy. The living and dining area has a comfortable couch, television with cable, and is very tastefully decorated with lovely Austrian furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove top, oven, and even a dishwasher. Enjoy strolling around the yard and enjoying the wonderful garden which displays beautiful floral arrangements and greenery.

The Spitzer house is located only five minutes from a grocery store and ten minutes from the charming main street of Golling with its many restaurants, bakeries, markets, post office, tourist office, and cafes. The train station is only a 15 minute walk from this wonderful flat.
