Features DescriptionThis condo is located directly on a rocky mountain plateau, setting the perfect back drop of the gorgeous Winter Park Valley. You can take in these stunning views from your private deck. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and can sleep up to eight people comfortably. The master bedroom has a luxurious king sized bed for you and your loved one to be able to spread out and get a great night sleep. Both of the guestrooms have 2 twin sized beds each with beautiful modern bedding. You might not want to leave the main living area with it's leather couches and hard wood floors and the cozy wood burning fireplace. You can just sit back and relax and take advantage of the TV, with DVD and VCR player while the snow falls gently out the window. The kitchen might also be a place you find yourself not wanting to leave, with it's dark rich wood cupboards and spectacular marble tiled counter tops. It also has new stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make a delicious home made meal.
Surrounding DescriptionYou will have access to all of the amenities of the clubhouse, which include, an outdoor pool with lots of beach chairs to sit back and soak up the sun while you keep an eye on your kids in the pool. 2 outdoor hot tubs, where you can have a romantic evening with your loved one and unwind after the days adventures. You can keep up your workout by visiting our well equipped gym and steam room. There are tennis courts and a racquetball court and a locker room to safely keep all of your personal items while you take advantage of all there is to do. You can also use the coin operated laundry facility at your convenience. If you are planning a work retreat or a family reunion there is a meeting room and wireless internet access to meet all of your needs. Free shuttle service is also available during the winter months.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionThere is so much to do all summer and all winter it will be hard to decided where to start. If you are here during winter the skiing is truly something you must do. The Winter Park Ski resort is in a league of it’s own, and we’re also a short drive to the ripping back-country of Berthoud Pass, and the Family-oriented Sol Vista Ski resorts. During the summer months you can enjoy golf, hiking and mountain biking. We are also only a few miles away from Williams Fork Reservoir, Willow creek reservoir, Monarch lake, Meadow Creek Lake, Granby Reservoir, Shadow Mountain Reservoir, and Grand Lake. You can fish, windsurf, sail, water-ski, or just have a picnic at some of the highest lakes in the country. You won't be disappointed whatever you chose to do.
