This spacious condo has everything you need to have the trip of a lifetime while enjoying all of the comforts of home. You will be only 5 miles from the amazing ski areas Winter Park Valley has to offer. During the summer you can soak up sun by the pool or go out mountain biking on any of the world famous trails. There is so much to do you won't know where to begin.
Features DescriptionThis condo has that extra added space with the loft which will make your stay that much more comfortable and gives the kids a place to get away. There are 2 bedrooms plus the loft and 2 3/4 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a romantic queen sized bed for you and your loved one to cozy up to each other after a long day on the slopes. The guestroom also has a queen sized bed. The loft area has two twin beds and there is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area for your convenience. In the living room is a great wood burning fire place where you and your guests can sit around while sharing stories and telling jokes late into the night. Or enjoy a movie night with the TV, DVD and VCR player provided, as well as a CD player. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a warm, delicious meal. There is a private patio which is perfect for taking in the stunning views of the valley made possible by the rocky mountain plateau which the condo is built on.
Surrounding DescriptionYou will have access to all of the amenities of the clubhouse, which include, an outdoor pool with lots of beach chairs to sit back and soak up the sun while you keep an eye on your kids in the pool. 2 outdoor hot tubs, where you can have a romantic evening with your loved one and unwind after the days adventures. You can keep up your workout by visiting our well equipped gym and steam room. There are tennis courts and a racquetball court and a locker room to safely keep all of your stuff while you take advantage of all there is to do. You can also use the coin operated laundry facility at your convenience. If you are planning a work retreat or a family reunion there is a meeting room and wireless internet access to meet all of your needs. Free shuttle service is also available during the winter months.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionThere is so much to do all summer and all winter it will be hard to decided where to start. If you are here during winter the skiing is truly something you must do. The Winter Park Ski resort is in a league of it’s own, and we’re also a short drive to the ripping back-country of Berthoud Pass, and the Family-oriented Sol Vista Ski resorts. During the summer months you can enjoy golf, hiking and mountain biking. We are also only a few miles away from Williams Fork Reservoir, Willow creek reservoir, Monarch lake, Meadow Creek Lake, Granby Reservoir, Shadow Mountain Reservoir, and Grand Lake. You can fish, windsurf, sail, water-ski, or just have a picnic at some of the highest lakes in the country. You won't be disappointed whatever you chose to do.
