This condo is the perfect place to come and have a memorable vacation. Whether you are planning on coming during the winter or summer, we have it all. We are just 5 miles from the ski areas, so after a long day on the slopes, you can be back quickly and relax by the cozy fireplace. In the summer you could take a dip in the outdoor pool or enjoy a game of tennis. You will truly have an amazing trip that you and your family will never forget.
Features DescriptionThis condo is situated on a rocky mountain plateau, creating a picturesque backdrop of the Winter Park Valley. You will have a private deck where you can take in these stunning views. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 of your closest friends and family. The master bedroom has a cozy queen sized bed where you and your loved one can snuggle up and keep warm with the snow falling out your window. The second bedroom has a double sized bed and a set of twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa to accommodate all of your guests. The main living area has a full kitchen great for creating a warm comforting meal. There is a TV with VCR, and all of the amenities of the clubhouse.
Surrounding DescriptionThe incredible amenities of the clubhouse include, an outdoor pool with lots of beach chairs to sit back and soak up the sun while you keep an eye on your kids in the pool. There are 2 outdoor hot tubs, where you can have a romantic evening with your loved one and unwind after the days adventures. You can keep up your workout by visiting our well equipped gym and steam room. There are tennis courts and a racquetball court and a locker room to safely keep all of your stuff while you take advantage of all there is to do. You can also use the coin operated laundry facility at your convenience. If you are planning a work retreat or a family reunion there is a meeting room and wireless internet access to meet all of your needs. Free shuttle service is also available during the winter months.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionThere is so much to do all summer and all winter it will be hard to decided where to start. If you are here during winter the skiing is truly something you must do. The Winter Park Ski resort is in a league of it’s own, and we’re also a short drive to the ripping back-country of Berthoud Pass, and the Family-oriented Sol Vista Ski resorts. During the summer months you can enjoy golf, hiking and mountain biking. We are also only a few miles away from Williams Fork Reservoir, Willow creek reservoir, Monarch lake, Meadow Creek Lake, Granby Reservoir, Shadow Mountain Reservoir, and Grand Lake. You can fish, windsurf, sail, water-ski, or just have a picnic at some of the highest lakes in the country. You won't be disappointed whatever you chose to do.
