This four bedroom, one den, and three bathroom condo is spacious and nice decorated throughout. There is a queen bed in the first, second, and third bedroom, and two twins bunked over two double beds in the fourth bedroom providing accommodations for up to fourteen people. Amenities include cable TV, VCR, and a private washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. This unit also offers a private indoor hot tub that you and all of your guests are sure to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a fantastic stay in this mountain paradise. After a long, fun filled day exploring the world that surrounds you, come home and relax by the warm gas fireplace while sipping your favorite beverage and enjoying the company of your guests.

This complex is located on 2nd street and just a short walk from Main Street Frisco. There you can enjoy shopping and dining. Just minutes from skiing, biking, hiking, and all of the excitement that makes this town so well known.

In the summer and fall, the Recreation Area hosts mountain bikers and hikers who enjoy trails winding through the forest and along the shores of Lake Dillon. A ball field with a view of surrounding mountains and picnic areas attracts families and groups. In the winter, the Peninsula is home to the Frisco Nordic Center and a playground for cross-country skiers, snowshoers and bi-athletes. Also enjoy use of the local golf course, skateboarding park, and Frisco Bay Marina where you can rent fishing boats, sailboats, pontoons, canoes, kayaks, and paddle boats.
