This condo comes offers cable television, VCR, DVD and a home theater system. You'll also love the vaulted ceilings and new carpet. Gather your guests for a movie night or snuggle up on those chilly nights by the fire.

Mountain Side has a full clubhouse which includes an indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and racquetball courts. For your convenience washer and dryer facilities are also available as well as covered parking.

In the summer and fall, the recreation area hosts mountain bikers and hikers who enjoy trails winding through the forest and along the shores of Lake Dillon. A ball field with a view of surrounding mountains and picnic areas attracts families and groups.
