The condo comfortably sleeps six with a king bed, two queen sleeper sofas, and a tri-fold children's futon. Also in the unit are ceiling fans, air conditioning, two cable TV's, DVD, wireless high speed internet, and CD stereo. All linens and towels are included. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo. Also provided are coolers, beach towels and chairs for your enjoyment. Parking is free.

The resort consists of fifteen acres of lush tropical gardens, two pools, two Jacuzzi spas, four tennis courts, fitness center, two activity centers, gas BBQs, ponds and fountains.
