With clean and refreshing furnishings throughout, it features a fully euipped kitchen, dining area, private washer/dryer, spacious living room, two TV's, VCR, DVD player and cable. It comfortably sleeps eight guests with a queen bed in the master, two doubles in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Boasting views of the courtyard and duck pond from the balcony, it's on the 2nd floor of a three story building with a covered stairwell. Covered parking is available for one car.

This complex is located Gulf side and anywhere you stay is just a short walk through the property to the beach or swimming pool. Come relax at the club house and pool, whether you take a dip or sit under an umbrella on the deck. Head down to the beach and bring your lotion and towels for a great day of fun in the sun. There is a laundry facility available under building H. Enjoy great shopping and some wonderful restaurants located just a short walk away, as well as numerous beach activities.
