Located twenty-one miles from Charleston this darling condo is part of a gated community for nature lovers, families and sports enthusiasts. The island offers ten miles of beach, sweeping sand dunes and an expansive forest. Whether you prefer to stay ashore or venture out on the water you're sure to find an activity you'll enjoy on Kiawah Island.

Features Description

This one bedroom, one bath condo on the first floor is near the beach and bike path. Enjoy the screened porch for dining or just relax with family, friends or a good book. In the living area there's a sleeper sofa and cable TV. Seat four in the dining area with a glass table and high-back chairs. Fix meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen when you're not out and about. The bedroom has a queen bed and there's a tub/shower combination in the bathroom. Local phone service is provided and you have your own washer and dryer. This unit is on the first floor but may have some steps to the entry level.

Besides golf, tennis is a popular attraction, and Kiawah's scenic, undeveloped shoreline stands among the country's best beaches. In an effort to maintain the integrity of the barrier islands, developers have preserved the most sensitive terrain and lumped land-use so that it doesn't negatively impact wildlife and vegetation. An increasingly upscale dining scene and a few shopping enclaves provide further distraction, and Charleston is only 21 miles north if brief escape is necessary.
