Features DescriptionThis lovely vacation condo is situated along the lagoon and within walking distance to the beach, nature center, and park. Come bring the family to this three-bedroom two-bathroom condo. The large and open living room has plenty of seating for entertaining and offers cable television, access to the screened in porch, and a beautiful fireplace. Sit around the large dining room table that can seat up to eight guests. Prepare local vegetables and fruits found at the farmer's market in the fully equipped kitchen that also has a kitchen nook that provides additional seating for four. The bedding, which will sleep six peacefully, includes one queen bed and four twin beds. Walk to the Night Heron Park and play some volleyball or basketball with the kids. This cottage also has local telephone service. a washer and dryer and provides all the linens and towels.
Surrounding DescriptionNight Heron is surrounded by miles of white sandy beaches, lagoons and the Atlantic Ocean for you to explore! Take the short walk to the beach and sunbathe, swim, or boogey board the blue ocean waters. Take a bike ride on the miles of paved trails throughout the resort and enjoy the view as they crisscross the beaches and lagoons. Enjoy the deer, blue heron, sea turtles and other wildlife found on the island. Visit Bohicket Marina and Yacht Club and rent a boat to water-ski or wakeboard. Perhaps you would like to take it slower and kayak or canoe the surrounding lagoons. Charter an offshore fishing boat and try your luck at catching marlin, king mackerel, or shark. Visit the nearby Freshfields Village where you will find fresh vegetables, fruits, boutiques, restaurants, and pottery making demonstrations. FreshFields Village also offers entertainment such as rock and blues concerts, or watch a movie under the stars. Take the family to Night Heron Park where you will find arts and crafts, ice cream socials, Safari night, and Holiday Festivals. Those with children may want to enroll your kids in Kamp Kiawah for ages 3-11 years old. At Kamp Kiawah they will play games, arts and crafts, and much more.
