Features DescriptionThis tropical inspired condo has wood floors throughout and offers one bedroom and one bathroom. The nicely furnished living room has a vaulted bamboo ceiling, unique vertical ceiling fan system, a 42-inch LCD television with a Bose surround system, a queen sleeper sofa, and access to the screened-in porch. The absolutely gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped and has beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances with a built in oven, a microwave, and custom cabinetry. Sit down to eat a great meal at the wood dining table that will seat four. Enjoy the lagoon view while listening to the local birds out on the screened-in porch. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 26-inch Plasma television with a DVD player. Enjoy the close proximity of the white sandy beaches, paved bike paths, and nature center. This Mariners Watch condo also has to high-speed wireless access and wired jack Internet access, local telephone service, a washer and dryer, and all the linens and towels are provided.
Surrounding DescriptionMariners Watch is surrounded by miles of white sandy beaches, lagoons and the Atlantic Ocean for you to explore! Take the short walk to the beach and sunbathe, swim, or boogey board the blue ocean waters. Take a bike ride on the miles of paved trails throughout the resort and enjoy the view as they crisscross the beaches and lagoons. Enjoy the deer, blue heron, sea turtles and other wildlife found on the island. Visit Bohicket Marina and Yacht Club and rent a boat to water-ski or wakeboard. Perhaps you would like to take it slower and kayak or canoe the surrounding lagoons. Charter an offshore fishing boat and try your luck at catching marlin, king mackerel, or shark. Visit the nearby Freshfields Village where you will find fresh vegetables, fruits, boutiques, restaurants, and pottery making demonstrations. FreshFields Village also offers entertainment such as rock and blues concerts, or watch a movie under the stars. Take the family to Night Heron Park where you will find arts and crafts, ice cream socials, Safari night, and Holiday Festivals. Those with children may want to enroll your kids in Kamp Kiawah for ages 3-11 years old. At Kamp Kiawah they will play games, arts and crafts, and much more.
