Located just behind the first gate on the north side of the island this home offers 2000 square feet and can accommodate up to eight people comfortably. Some of the features of this home include high speed internet access, great views, and cable TV.
Features DescriptionThis is a three bedroom, two bath house with a fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and hardwood flooring in the living area. The three bedrooms are located on the main floor with one queen bed in two of the rooms and two twin beds in the third. In the loft you will find a double bed and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The breakfast nook offers seating for four and the dining area has seating for four as well.
Surrounding DescriptionThis home is located near the lagoon and Cougar Point Golf Course and offers views of both. This home is also located near the bike paths and is about a half mile from the beach.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionKiawah gained lasting fame for its spectacular, oceanside golf courses, all designed by top golf pros. Besides golf, tennis is a popular attraction, and Kiawah's scenic, undeveloped shoreline stands among the country's best beaches. In an effort to maintain the integrity of the barrier islands, developers have preserved the most sensitive terrain and lumped land-use so that it doesn't negatively impact wildlife and vegetation. An increasingly upscale dining scene and a few shopping enclaves provide further distraction, and Charleston is only 21 miles north if brief escape is necessary.
