On the first floor of this beautiful penthouse, all the floors are marble tiles. The living room features a leather sofa, two love seats, marble fireplace and wet bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room seats up to ten people. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and marbled bath. The second floor is covered in bamboo hardwood. The second bedroom has a king bed and a full marbled bath. The grand master suite features a king bed, queen pull-out sofa, armchair with ottoman, marbled fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and large walk-in closet. Also located on the second floor is a full sized laundry room.

Surrounding Description

The terrace is large and has beautiful views. Shelter Cove is built like a Mediterranean Coastal Resort with 7 restaurants and great shopping within a 10 minute walk. A free shuttle from building to beach is available May through October. The beach is a 5 minute drive with reserved parking for Shelter Cove guests. The villa has access to two pools, a hot tub and a sauna.

Nearby Attractions Description

Hilton Head Island is a golfer's Mecca and has one of the largest and friendliest beaches on the East Coast. Island activities include biking, all beach activities, miniature golf, tennis, shopping, boating, sailing, shelling, horseback riding, boat cruises, dolphin watching, wildlife and bird watching, kayaking and canoeing. Beautiful Savannah is a 30 minute drive or a boat ride away. There are dozens of outstanding restaurants to satisfy everyone's tastes.
