This luxury beach front home is located on one of the best surfing beaches in Costa Rica! This home is so close to the beach you can hear and see the spectacular sight of these sought out waves crashing on the beach. You will have the opportunity to enjoy daily strolls or jogs on this beautiful and clean beach or swim in our pool. You can relax and enjoy the breath-taking sunsets each evening.

This air conditioned home is approximately 2,800 square feet. It is located in a new gated development with security. the floor plan is large and open. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two double beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer located in the home. You may bring your computer stuff to use our high speed internet connection. The kitchen is spacious, with granite counter tops, and includes a large side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. There is plenty of room to sit at the counter in the kitchen or you may want to enjoy eating out by the pool while watching the waves crash on the beach or the spectacular sunsets.
