Mont Blanc's seven bedrooms, including four magnificent master suites, afford extraordinary privacy in sumptuous surroundings. The three separate living/screening/sun rooms offer the opportunity to gather to watch movies on one of our high definition screens or to seek relaxing solitude. Our brand new hot tub provides a state-of-the-art outdoor massage and relaxation for up to eight people at a time. This home features an in house DVD library, iPod docking stations throughout, and a home theater. The theater seats ten in fine leather home theater seats. For gamers, there is a PS3 with Blu Ray as well as a pool table. There is a full gourmet kitchen. Cozy up the wonderful gas fireplace in the living room. Some of the other features are a three car garage, ski and boot storage area, laundry room with washer/dryer, and an outdoor gas firepit.

If you are looking for outdoor fun, this is the area for you! You can take your pick of one of the many ski resorts that are close by. There is whitewater rafting, climbing, hiking, biking, and fishing. If you want to golf, Breckenridge Golf Club is also close. Enjoy some shopping at the Silverthorne and Dillon Factory Stores.
