Open, two-story floor plan - 1600 square feet with large picture windows. Nicely decorated with new furnishings and custom touches throughout to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, sitting area and TV. Second bedroom has one queen bed, one twin bed and TV. On the main floor, there is a full bath and new queen sleeper sofa, glass front gas stove and TV/DVD/VCR, CD/Stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped and washer/dryer in the basement and 1 car garage stall for our guests. The finished basement has a 2 person Finleo Sauna and a TV/DVD area with game table.

Set in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by beautiful views. Just minutes from fantastic year-round activities!  Bike / walking trail is just one block away. World class skiing is just 15 minutes away; Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. Free Shuttle stops on Main Street. In the summer Lake Dillon offers boating and fishing - miles of wonderful biking and hiking trails within a few blocks of our home. Skiing, biking, sailing - canoeing, hiking, shopping, dining, music & art - You’ll love Summit County!
