The Fazio town homes are very centrally situated to many different amenities offered in this resort. Located within the Palmetto Dunes Resort this complex also features a swimming pool and tennis courts to make the package complete.

This large recently renovated unit features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and provides sleeping accommodations for up to eight people. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and the second bedroom has two queen size beds. The third bedroom has two twins and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living area for additional guests. The large kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for meal preparation. Additionally, there are 4 televisions, a DVD player and high speed internet available for your enjoyment.

Surrounding Description

The Fazio townhomes are located within the prestigious Palmetto Dunes Resort gated community. They are located on the 18th fairway of the George Fazio golf course and offer golf course and lagoon views. They are just a short walk from the beach and offer a pool and a sundeck for your enjoyment.

Hilton Head offers all of the outdoor fun and adventure you can imagine. There are three golf courses nearby and Shelter Cove Marina for boating and fishing. Additionally, there is Canoeing and kayaking on the 11 mile lagoon system, tennis and fitness centers, miles of beach and ocean and plenty of shopping dining and activities.
