This cozy lake view condo is a great place for a weekend getaway with a serene setting and great mountain location. Local shops and restaurants are an easy walk from this complex. You'll have access to volleyball, horseshoes and there are benches near the lake so you can sit back, relax and just enjoy the view.
Features DescriptionThis one bedroom, one bath ground floor condo offers a gas fireplace in the living area. There is breakfast bar seating for three and the kitchenette has a smaller stove, oven and fridge but no dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen bed and two more guests can use the queen futon in the living area with a TV, DVD player and a CD stereo. You'll find a common laundry facility within the complex.
Surrounding DescriptionWhen the weather is nice you can enjoy the common barbecue area, volleyball court and horseshoe pit. The shuttle is only a quarter of a mile away.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionDillon is located in the heart of Summit County and provides a scenic backdrop for a variety of activities. Located on the shore of the Dillon Reservoir it is home to the Peninsula, Swan Mountain, and Dillon Reservoir Recreation Area. The Keystone Ranch Golf Course and the River Course at Keystone are nearby. Four world class ski areas are just minutes from each other and easy to reach.
