DESCRIPTION
This terrific townhome is close to Lake Dillon where you can wake up to cool mountain breezes and beautiful views. Just a short drive from here and you'll find local shop and restaurants or take a scenic mountain drive. There are several golf courses nearby and of course, great skiing.

Features Description

This three-level townhome has two bedrooms, two and a half baths plus a den. The wood burning fireplace is great after a day on the slopes. There are three TVs, three VCRs and a CD stereo in this unit. Eight people can be comfortable here using two queen beds, one set of bunk beds and a queen sofa sleeper. Fix snacks or meals in the fully equipped kitchen and serve them in the dining area which seats six. There's also a one car garage and your own washer and dryer.

Surrounding Description

At the complex clubhouse you'll find a swimming pool, hot tub and sauna plus in the summer you can enjoy the tennis courts. There's also a nearby bike path, Lake Dillon and a marina. The shuttle is just fifty yards from this unit.

Dillon is located in the heart of Summit County and provides a scenic backdrop for a variety of activities. Located on the shore of the Dillon Reservoir it is home to the Peninsula, Swan Mountain, and Dillon Reservoir Recreation Area. The Keystone Ranch Golf Course and the River Course at Keystone are nearby. Four world class ski areas are just minutes from each other and easy to reach.
