DESCRIPTION
Sherwin Villas are located in town on the corner of Old Mammoth Road and Meridian Blvd. During winter, the red line shuttle stops on Old Mammoth Road and the green line shuttle stops on Meridian Blvd. This is a great location for both summer and winter!

Features Description

This is a very beautiful, nonsmoking, two bedroom and a loft condominium with two baths. The cozy living room features a fireview woodburner, tv, vcr, stereo with a cassette and cd player and a phone.  The kitchen features tiled countertops and is fully equipped with all major appliances. The dining room table can seat up to six people.  Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the loft has three twin beds. This unit sleeps up to 7 people.  This unit has three levels. After entering, you go up a small flight of stairs to the living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are downstairs with another bathroom and upstairs is the loft with a washbasin.

Sherwin Villas has two wonderful outdoor spas, a sauna and a laundry room. In the summer, a large outdoor pool, tennis courts and a BBQ area are available. This complex gives you the convenience of being in town and is within walking distance to the Von's Shopping Center and to popular restaurants such as Robertos, Grumpys and more!
