Sherwin Villas complex is located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes on Old Mammoth Rd. This four season resort has plenty of activities to do anytime of the year. A vacation here is one that cannot be missed!
Features DescriptionThis wonderful condominium has beautiful vaulted ceilings and warm mountain decor. It is a nonsmoking unit with two bedrooms, a large private enclosed loft and two bathrooms. The spacious living room features a stone accent wall with a fireview woodburner, logs are provided. There is also a tv, dvd player, vhs player, a variety of vhs movies, AM/FM stereo with a cd changer, a free local phone and high-speed Internet access. Near the dining room, there is a sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony. On the balcony, there is patio furniture and a gas BBQ (propane provided.) The bright kitchen is fully stocked and has all new appliances and new countertops. Small appliances such as a blender, toaster, microwave and coffee maker are also provided. The dining room table can seat up to six people with an additional three at the breakfast bar. Both bedrooms have king size beds and the loft has a set of twin bunkbeds and two additional twin beds. All bedrooms have a tv. This unit sleeps ten people if you choose to utilize the queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. There is one flight of stairs to reach the front door with three levels inside. After entering, a half-flight of stairs leads to the main floor with the living room, kitchen, dining room and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms are downstairs with another full bathroom. The loft is upstairs, accessible by a steep staircase, and has its own sink and vanity.
Surrounding DescriptionSherwin Villas has two wonderful outdoor spas, a sauna and a laundry room. In the summer, a large outdoor pool, tennis courts and a BBQ area are available. This complex gives you the convenience of being in town and is within walking distance to the Von's Shopping Center and to popular restaurants such as Robertos, Grumpys and more!
