This charming mountain condo can be found in Mammoth Lakes nestled among tall pine trees. Enjoy the day by relaxing in the indoor sauna, one of two spas (one indoor, one outdoor), cooking at the barbecue area or going for a swim in the pool during the summer. The complex also offers tennis courts (summer only) and laundry facilities. You are only two blocks away from the Village Gondola and are within walking distance to dining and shopping. You are also located along the free shuttle bus route.

Features Description

This condo comfortably sleeps six people by providing a bedroom plus a loft and there are also two bathrooms. The living area has two couches, framed artwork, a fireplace, an entertainment center, tan carpets and a coffee table. Also available in this unit are three TVs, VCR, stereo with cassette/CD player and a phone. This unit has no stairs leading to it and makes it handicapped accessible, there are two levels inside this unit.    There is a fully equipped kitchen that has a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and a breakfast bar with two extra chairs. Located just off from the kitchen is the dining area which has a table and seating for four. The bedroom has a king bed, framed artwork and a window. The loft has a queen bed and a trundle.

Surrounding Description

Mammoth Lakes offers activities year-round such as skiing, tubing, snowmobiling and ice skating in the winter and golfing, mountain biking, fishing and hiking in the summer.

Nearby Attractions Description

Enjoy the day shopping at the boutiques in the Village or at the outlet center on Main Street. Lakes Basin has some historical mines and original homesteads of the gold rush era. You may also enjoy visiting Mono Lake, Inyo Craters, Devil's Postpile National Monument or Yosemite National Park, which is 32 miles north of Mammoth Lakes. June Mountain is only a 15 minute drive north of Mammoth.
