This one bedroom, one bath condo offers beautiful hardwood floors, custom lighting, new furniture and tasteful decor.  The living area has a queen sofa sleeper plus two single sofa sleepers, a TV, DVD player, framed artwork, artificial plants plus a fireview woodburner.  This unit has a partial mountain view. The fully equipped kitchen has been recently remodeled and offers a dining area for four.  The bedroom has a queen bed and a TV.  Washers and dryers are in the common laundry area.  There are fourteen stairs to reach this unit which is all on one level.

Surrounding Description

Mammoth Lakes offers activities year-round such as skiing, tubing, snowmobiling and ice skating in the winter and golfing, mountain biking, fishing and hiking in the summer.  Area restaurants are nearby.

Nearby Attractions Description

Enjoy the day shopping at the boutiques in the Village or at the outlet center on Main Street. Lakes Basin has some historical mines and original homesteads of the gold rush era. You may also enjoy visiting Mono Lake, Inyo Craters, Devil's Postpile National Monument or Yosemite National Park, which is 32 miles north of Mammoth Lakes. June Mountain is only a 15 minute drive north of Mammoth.
