DESCRIPTION
This comfortable condo in Mammoth has a partial mountain view and is near the Canyon Lodge ski lift.  The outdoor pool is available during the summer and the sauna, spa and rec room can be used all year.  From here you can walk to the blue shuttle line and ride the gondola to the village.

Features Description

With two bedrooms and two bathrooms this condo offers three levels so there's plenty of room for everyone.  The sunken living area features two dark brown leather couches and matching arm chair with decorative pillows, a framed mirror plus artificial plants.  You'll also find a fireview woodburner, TV plus a VCR/DVD player, a CD stereo with an IPod docking station and framed artwork.  There's also parking for one car in the private, attached garage. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, microwave, dishwasher and other convenient appliances.  The dining area seats six plus there's room for three more at the breakfast bar.   One bedroom has a queen bed, framed artwork, artificial plants, a TV and a private bathroom.  The second bedroom has two queen beds with a private bathroom, TV, framed artwork and artificial plants.  You'll find washers and dryers in the common laundry area.

Surrounding Description

Mammoth Lakes offers activities year-round such as skiing, tubing, snowmobiling and ice skating in the winter and golfing, mountain biking, fishing and hiking in the summer.  Nearby you'll find restaurants and shopping plus you are within walking distance to the ski lifts and next to the free shuttle bus.

Nearby Attractions Description

Enjoy the day shopping at the boutiques in the Village or at the outlet center on Main Street. Lakes Basin has some historical mines and original homesteads of the gold rush era. You may also enjoy visiting Mono Lake, Inyo Craters, Devil's Postpile National Monument or Yosemite National Park, which is 32 miles north of Mammoth Lakes. June Mountain is only a 15 minute drive north of Mammoth.
