This attractive condo is near the Village Gondola, one mile from Canyon Lodge, two miles from Little Eagle Lodge and on the Blue shuttle line.  For the non-skier there is snowmobiling, ice skating and sightseeing plus fabulous dining and shopping.  Mammoth Lakes offers a variety of activities year-round so visit the High Sierras soon.

With one bedroom, one bath condo offers a living area with a wood burning fireplace, green queen sofa sleeper, framed artwork, TV, VCR, DVD player and a CD stereo.  The dining area is also done in green and seats four.    The kitchen includes a microwave, blender and coffee maker.  The master bedroom is done in red with a cherry king bed, two nightstands, two lamps, a TV and an alarm clock.  There are common laundry facilities nearby.

Complex amenities include a sauna, outdoor spa, barbecue area and a recreation room with ping pong and pool tables.

Mammoth Lakes has spectacular skiing, sledding and snowboarding in the winter.  In the summer enjoy hiking, fishing in one of the many lakes or horseback riding.  There are five lakes in town and hundreds more that are accessible by a hike.  Whether its a fifteen minute walk, or a six mile trek, the backcountry offers untouched beauty.
