This unit includes a single car garage and 2 additional parking spaces. A large enclosed spa is located in the condominium building adjacent to the townhomes.   The main level has a large kitchen with high countertops and bar chairs, dining area, river-rock fireplace and sitting area with a TV/DVD/VCR/CD and 3/4 bathroom with private deck and spa. The lower level has one bedroom with a cozy queen bed, another bedroom with trundle bed and bunk bed with one full bathroom, private deck and washer/dryer. The loft has a queen sleeper sofa and trundle bed while the master bedroom has a huge king bed and full bathroom.
