This amazing condo features Spanish colonial architecture and a private terrace with fairway and mountain views.  The Colina is a split level-design, has air conditioning and ceiling fans.  The chef in the family will enjoy the gourmet kitchen with handset tile counters and bar.  There is also a full sized washer and dryer within the condo.With three bedrooms and two bathrooms this condo is perfect for families and small groups.  The spacious master has a king sized bed, private en suite bathroom and terrace.  The second bedroom has two twins and the third features two double beds.

Comfy Colina guests have access to all the resort's amenities, including room service 24-hours every day from the four-star Marriott Hotel. The Bay Residences Del Mar gym is available at no additional charge. Guests have full and free access to the private, oceanfront Los Sueños Beach Club.
