DESCRIPTION
This condo is located on the beach in the gated community of Tops'l Beach Resort.  There are heated swimming pools, tennis courts, indoor racquetball, miniature golf, and more located throughout the community.  Come and play in the beautiful sugary-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico!

This is a two bedroom, two bathroom first floor condo that sleeps six.  The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed.  There are two twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen sofa bed is located in the living area.  The kitchen comes fully equipped and the dining area seats six. There is no view of the beach in this unit, but there is a patio with chairs that you can relax in and enjoy the beautiful nature around you.  The living area has comfortable furnishings, cable TV, a DVD player, and a beautiful coffee table.  DVD rentals are available at no additional cost for you to rent.  There is also air conditioning and wireless internet in this unit.

There are many things to do in and around this complex such as biking, shelling, boating/sailing, dolphin watching, fishing, golfing, parasailing, surfing, jet skiing, boogie boarding, kayaking, scuba diving, snorkeling, wind surfing, basketball, water skiing, plus day spa, indoor racquetball court, tennis, sightseeing tours, shuffleboard, miniature golf, fitness center, night clubs, and of course, dining and shopping. There is an amenity program which includes a complimentary pass to seasonal activities such as charter fishing, boating adventures/cruises and a water park.  Enjoy the Sandbar, which is a market and emporium full of gifts, t-shirts, beach toys, sundries, magazines, ice, gourmet food, and groceries.
