DESCRIPTION
With the beach just steps away from the complex, this fabulous condo near the shore is a great place for your entire group. Located inside a gated community there are many great amenities such as a convenience store, basketball court, racquetball court, tennis courts, a Jacuzzi and swimming pools. You are not that far away from parasailing, boating, wind surfing, shelling, bicycling and other great activities.

Features Description

This two bedroom, two bath condo provides you with cable TV, a DVD player with complimentary DVD rentals, a stereo with CD player, washer, dryer and air conditioning. The living area has a plaid couch, framed artwork, a ceiling fan, a white chair, two green chairs and artificial plants. The dining area has a mirror along one wall, a chandelier and a glass table with seating for six people. Throughout the main part of the unit there are tile floors and in the two bedrooms there is green carpet. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, breakfast bar with extra seating, microwave and dishwasher. The master bedroom has framed artwork, a king bed and two nightstands with lamps. In the second bedroom there are two twin beds with striped bedspreads, a nightstand with a lamp and framed artwork. This unit has a private balcony that has partial views of the ocean. The complex offers an elevator, covered parking and complimentary internet access.

Surrounding Description

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, magazines, beach toys, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.

There are many places you can go to such as Blue Dunes Grille, Ocean Club, Pavilion Beach Bar & Grill, Destin Harbor, Gilligan's On the Harbor Restaurant and Watersports, and the Bluewater Bay Golf Course.
