DESCRIPTION
Located inside a gated community, this luxury Destin condo is a great place for weddings, reunions, meetings and corporate retreats. The complex offers a basketball court, twelve tennis courts, heated swimming pools and a Jacuzzi. You are not that far from scuba diving, dining, scuba diving, dolphin watching and water skiing.

Features Description

This condo features two bedrooms, two baths, air conditioning as well as a washer and dryer. The living area provides you with cable TV, a stereo with CD player, DVD player and a sliding glass door that takes you out onto the private balcony. In the dining area there is artwork of a sea turtle and a wood table with place mats and six white and multi-colored striped chairs. In the master bedroom there is a king bed with a striped bedspread, decorative pillows, framed artwork and a private balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds, each with a tropical themed bedspread and artwork of tropical t-shirts over each bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with tile floors, lots of counter space with a microwave, blender, coffee maker and dishwasher. The complex offers an elevator, covered parking, complimentary DVD rentals and internet access.

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, magazines, beach toys, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.

There are many places you can go to such as Blue Dunes Grille, Ocean Club, Pavilion Beach Bar & Grill, Destin Harbor, Gilligan's On the Harbor Restaurant and Watersports, and the Bluewater Bay Golf Course.
