DESCRIPTION
With the beach located just steps away, this inviting oceanfront condo is a great place to sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery around you. The complex is located inside a gated community and has a Jacuzzi, swimming pools, miniature golf course, basketball court and tennis courts to keep everyone entertained while staying here. Not too far away is surfing, water skiing, parasailing, bicycling, sightseeing tours and many other activities.

Features Description

This condo has an open floor plan which allows for plenty of space between the living and dining areas as well as in the kitchen. This condo offers two bedrooms, two baths, a washer, dryer and air conditioning. The living area provides you with a red couch and two chairs on either side of the couch with floral print, framed artwork, a floral rug over the tile floor and a coffee table. There is a sliding glass door located just off of the living area that takes you out onto the private balcony. The dining area has tile floors, and an oval glass table with seating for six people. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, freezer and other conveniences. The master bedroom has a king bed with framed artwork and a private balcony from the sliding glass door. The second bedroom has two twin beds with floral bedspreads and framed artwork. The complex offers an elevator, covered parking, complimentary DVD rentals and internet access.

Surrounding Description

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, magazines, beach toys, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.

There are many places you can go to such as Blue Dunes Grille, Ocean Club, Pavilion Beach Bar & Grill, Destin Harbor, Gilligan's On the Harbor Restaurant and Watersports, and the Bluewater Bay Golf Course. There is also Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and many restaurants such as Pizza Hut and Joe's Crab Shack.
