DESCRIPTION
This fantastic condo near the ocean provides you with a balcony with outdoor furniture. The complex is in a gated community and features basketball, miniature golf course, fitness center, twelve tennis courts and a couple of swimming pools. Not too far away are some great activities such as shopping, dining, sailing, boogie boarding, shelling and sightseeing tours.

Feel at home in this two bedroom, two bath condo with its tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings. The living area has cable TV, DVD player, a ceiling fan and striped couches with decorative pillows. The dining area has a wood table and seating for six people. You will also find a washer, dryer, stereo with CD player and air conditioning. There is a fully equipped kitchen that comes with a freezer, dishwasher, ice maker, refrigerator and microwave. The master bedroom has a king bed with a multi-colored striped bedspread and a balcony just outside the sliding glass door. The other bedroom has two twin beds both with multi-colored striped bedspreads and framed beach scenery. The complex offers an elevator, covered parking, complimentary internet access and DVD rentals.

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, magazines, beach toys, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.
