This location is convenient to area golf, fishing, state parks, outdoor concerts and many dining and shopping options.
Features DescriptionThis penthouse condo offers a large balcony with ample outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the Gulf view overlooking the state preserve. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony and has a queen sofa sleeper, matching loveseat and chairs in brown, red and blue. In all there are two TVs, two DVD players, one VCR and a CD stereo system. Glass-topped coffee and end table, matching lamps, framed artwork and artificial plants complement the interior. The dining area continues the color scheme with a glass table and six upholstered chairs which is just off the kitchen. You'll find solid surface quartz countertops plus upgraded fixtures and hardware in the fully equipped kitchen and both bathrooms. Kitchen appliances include a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and blender plus a stacked washer and dryer. Travertine tile with decorative inlay graces all areas of this condo except the bedrooms which have carpet. The master suite has private access to the balcony, wall-to-wall windows for an outstanding view of the coastline and a king bed in blue and purple with rattan furniture. The second bedroom has two twin beds with rattan furniture in blue, purple and green. This unit also offers high speed internet, an in-room safe, free DVD rentals and a covered parking space. There is an amenity program which includes a complimentary pass to seasonal activities such as charter fishing, boating adventures/cruises and a water park.
Surrounding DescriptionSome of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, beach toys, magazines, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.
