DESCRIPTION
This scenic Florida condo has a balcony which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and a state preserve park.  The resort has a heated swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, a barbecue area and a fitness center.  From here you're not too far away from golfing, dining, shopping, fishing and many more great activities.

Features Description

The living area has a brown queen sofa sleeper and loveseat plus an arm chair and ottoman in a matching patchwork pattern.  You'll also find a cable TV with a DVD player, free short-term movie rentals and a CD stereo system.  From here the private balcony is just through the sliding glass doors and so is the natural beauty of Florida.  This unit also offers high speed internet and an in-room safe. The dining area has a glass table and six matching chairs near the breakfast bar with seating for two.  The kitchen is complete with a microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker plus a stackable washer and dryer.  The master bedroom has a king bed, an arm chair, framed artwork and wall-to-wall windows for optimum viewing.   The second bedroom has two twin beds with patchwork quilts, framed artwork and an alarm clock.    There is an amenity program which includes a complimentary pass to seasonal activities such as charter fishing, boating adventures/cruises and a water park.

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, beach toys, magazines, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.

There are many places you can go to such as Blue Dunes Grille, Ocean Club, Pavilion Beach Bar & Grill, Destin Harbor, Gilligan's On the Harbor Restaurant and Watersports, and the Bluewater Bay Golf Course.
