The living area of this two bedroom, two bath condo offers teal, green and rose in the queen sofa sleeper and matching loveseat.  You'll also find a DVD player with free short-term rentals, cable TV and a CD stereo system.  From here the private balcony with a view of the gulf is right through the sliding glass doors.  Complementing this open living floor plan are artificial plants, framed artwork and matching coffee and end tables.   The same antique white furniture is found in the dining area whichc seats six with room for two more at the breakfast bar.  The complete kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a stackable washer and dryer.  In the master bedroom is an antique white four-poster bed, framed artwork and wall-to-wall window which also overlook the tennis courts.  The second bedroom has a queen bed, framed artwork and an alarm clock.  This unit also offers high speed internet and an in-room safe. There is an amenity program which includes a complimentary pass to seasonal activities such as charter fishing, boating adventures/cruises and a water park.

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, beach toys, magazines, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.
