DESCRIPTION
This beautiful sixth floor condo provides views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony.  Destin is located in NW Florida and is surrounded by many activities and attractions to fill your days and nights with excitement.  Within the resort you can enjoy the heated pool or relax in the jacuzzi, play tennis or walk the lighted nature trail.

Features Description

The private balcony can be accessed from the living area and is a great place to relax or even dine.  In the living area you'll find a queen sofa and loveseat in cream plus a matching chair and ottoman, cable TV, a DVD player with free rentals and a CD stereo system.  The framed artwork and artificial plants complement the room.  This unit also offers high speed internet and an in-room safe. The dining area has seating for six at a glass & wrought iron table right next to the fully equipped kitchen.  Appliances include a stackable washer and dryer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher.  The master bedroom has a king bed in gold, cream and burgundy, an arm chair, framed artwork and wall-to-wall windows.  The guest bedroom has two twin beds in red, cream and gold with matching artwork on the wall.   There is an amenity program which includes a complimentary pass to seasonal activities such as charter fishing, boating adventures/cruises and a water park.

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, beach toys, magazines, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.

There are many places you can go to such as Blue Dunes Grille, Ocean Club, Pavilion Beach Bar & Grill, Destin Harbor, Gilligan's On the Harbor Restaurant and Watersports, and the Bluewater Bay Golf Course. There is also Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and many restaurants such as Pizza Hut and Joe's Crab Shack.
