DESCRIPTION
With the beach located on the border of this resort, this darling Destin condo overlooks the pool and state park out to the Gulf of Mexico.  You will love the convenience of having a jacuzzi, fitness center and picnic area with barbecue grills located so close to you.  Northwest Florida is the perfect place for your next beach vacation with a wide variety of watersports, dining and shopping.

Features Description

This two bedroom, two bath fourth floor condo has a balcony perfect for relaxing or dining and is just off the living area.  In the living area you'll find a queen sofa sleeper and loveseat plus glass coffee and end tables and matching lamps.  There's also cable TV, a DVD player, a CD stereo system and free DVD rentals.  The dining area also has a glass table and chairs for six plus artificial plants and framed artwork. The kitchen includes a microwave for quick meals or snacks plus a dishwasher, coffee maker and blender just off the dining area.  The master bedroom has a king bed done in stripes plus coordinating wall art.  The second bedroom has a bunk bed, area rug and decorative artwork.  This unit also offers high speed internet, an in-room safe and a stacked washer and dryer. There is an amenity program which includes a complimentary pass to seasonal activities such as charter fishing, boating adventures/cruises and a water park.

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, beach toys, magazines, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.

There are many places you can go to such as Blue Dunes Grille, Ocean Club, Pavilion Beach Bar & Grill, Destin Harbor, Gilligan's On the Harbor Restaurant and Watersports, and the Bluewater Bay Golf Course.
