DESCRIPTION
This poolside condo, in a beach and racquet resort, provides you with a patio and outdoor furniture to relax after a long day playing in the surf and sun.  On-site activities include miniature golf, a fitness center and racquetball courts.  With the condominiums centrally located, you are just minutes away from fishing, golfing, wind surfing and kayaking. 

Features Description

The patio can be accessed from the living area and is a great place to relax or even dine.  In the living area you'll find a queen sofa and loveseat in cream plus a matching chair, cable TV, a DVD player with free rentals and a CD stereo system.  The framed artwork and artificial plants add to the tropical feel of this open living floor plan.  This unit also offers high speed internet and an in-room safe. The dining area has seating for six right next to the fully equipped kitchen.  Appliances include a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and a stackable washer and dryer.  The master bedroom has a king bed, framed artwork, a ceiling fan and wall-to-wall windows.  The guest bedroom has two twin beds with wicker furniture, decorative wall art, an alarm clock and framed artwork.   There is an amenity program which includes a complimentary pass to seasonal activities such as charter fishing, boating adventures/cruises and a water park.

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, beach toys, magazines, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.

There are many places you can go to such as Blue Dunes Grille, Ocean Club, Pavilion Beach Bar & Grill, Destin Harbor, Gilligan's On the Harbor Restaurant and Watersports, and the Bluewater Bay Golf Course. There is also Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and many restaurants such as Pizza Hut and Joe's Crab Shack.
